Good news – this season’s honey is now available.
Regardless of whether you are a member of Tal’s Honey CSA, I now have freshly-extracted, raw, unpasteurized honey. The first honey extracted in June was from one of my Stoneham hives, followed by more honey from my Concord hive in July (read here for my hives’ locations).
8 Oz of honey: $8
16 Oz of honey: $15
Honeycomb (by weight): $2/oz
Honey is available for local pick-up, I do not currently ship it. Please contact me to reserve your honey and coordinate pick-up.
On Saturday and Sunday, May 7-8, 2016, I’m going to participate in West Medford Open Studios (at my West Medford apiary), and answer any questions you may have about bees and beekeeping. Continue reading “West Medford Open Studios”

A CSA member typically buys a share in the CSA, sharing the gains and risks of the farmer, thus truly supporting local agriculture. Continue reading “What is a CSA?”
